Manufacturing Process

We create exemplary designs using rubber molds where in firstly the master design is embedded inside the layers of rubber and then it is heated for an hour. After this process both the layers of rubber is cut and we get the exact replica of the desired shape. Now the lost wax casting process starts. In this process we inject melted wax in the mold rubber and the wax settles down in the carved out shape and after the wax cools down we get a perfectly carved out piece. Now we inject molten metal covering it with Plaster of Paris .Once the metal cools down it takes the shape of the desired design and Plaster of Paris is removed by putting it into hot water. After cooling it is polished & finished.

Stone Setting

Our skilled craftsmen are adept at setting the stone in many styles so that it does not pop out. The types of setting which we do are Prong setting, Bezel setting, Flush Setting and Channel Setting. Many other manufacturers use glue but we never use it because settings done from glue generally ejects out after sometime. After the stone is set others leave it without polishing and finishing .But our men take extra time to finish it so that the rough surface doesn’t hurt you or harm your clothes.
